			<description><![CDATA[ Two times now I have tried to pierce my outer labias.  Both times they have ripped out.  I have used two different sized captive rings on these piercings.  The ripping seems to be due to normal moving and sitting.  Is there a particular kind of jewelry that would work better?  Can you use plugs?  My thinking is something that doesnt stick out might work better.  It wouldnt get caught or rub on anything.  I am overweight, so the lips are pretty full.  Any suggestions?
